Refund Policy

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have a 30-day full return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 30-day period starts from the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 30 days after delivery and we must receive the return no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your intent to use the right of cancellation.

The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of cancellation.

How do I return an item?

• Access our return label through the link above and follow the instructions
• Place the item in the return package and seal it well to avoid damage during shipping.
• Attach your return label to the outside of the package.
• Drop off the package at your nearest GLS or DAO parcel shop.

Refund

• Once we have processed your return, we will send you a confirmation via email.
• After processing your return, we will issue a refund. We process returns within a maximum of 10 business days. It may then take up to 5–7 banking days before the money appears in your bank account, depending on your card type and bank.

Uncollected packages from parcel shop

• If you do not collect your package in time, it will be returned to us.
• Uncollected packages will not be resent.
• When we receive your uncollected package, we will refund your order.
• Return shipping for the uncollected package will be deducted from your refund.

CONDITION OF ITEM WHEN RETURNED

You are liable for any depreciation in the item’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, characteristics, and functionality. This means you may try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount upon cancellation. The condition of the item is assessed by WeCaatch ApS.

WARRANTY

A 2-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers all faults in the product.

Complaints regarding defects must be reported to WeCaatch ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the product. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty is void in cases of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

WeCaatch ApS covers the return shipping costs.
