PAYMENT
WeCaatch ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay.
Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing:

WeCaatch ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders.
GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards are valid for up to 3 years from the date of issue and are sent digitally via email within 48 hours of purchase. We refer to www.forbrug.dk to read all conditions for purchasing gift cards.
DELIVERY
The delivery time for your order is 1–2 business days.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 30-day full return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You cover any return shipping costs yourself.
The wish to withdraw must be notified to us no later than 30 days after delivery and be in our hands no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests for using the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to kontakt@wecaatch.com
The message must clearly state your wish to use the right of withdrawal.
RETURNS
You can return your package here:
How do I return?
- We will send you a return label to print when you notify us of the withdrawal.
- Place the item in the return package and seal it properly to avoid damage during shipping.
- Attach the label on the outside of the return package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop.
Refund
- As soon as we have processed your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.
- When your return is processed, we will issue a refund. We process returns within a maximum of 10 business days. After this, it may take 5–7 banking days before the money appears in your bank account. It depends on your card type and bank.
Unclaimed packages from parcel shop
- If you do not pick up your package in time, it will be returned to us.
- Unclaimed packages will not be resent.
- When we receive your unclaimed package, we will refund your order.
- When refunding your order, the return shipping cost for your unclaimed package will be deducted.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN RETURNED
You are liable for any depreciation in the item’s value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties, and functionality. This means you may try the item the same way you would in a physical store.
If the item is tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that in the case of withdrawal, you may receive a partial or no refund. It is up to WeCaatch ApS to assess the item’s condition.
COMPLAINTS & COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
A 2-year warranty is given on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers all defects in materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding faults and defects must be reported to WeCaatch ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the goods.
A maximum of two months is considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed.
We refund shipping costs.
The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
WeCaatch ApS covers return shipping costs.

Complaints about purchases or products can be submitted by sending an email describing the issue to kontant@wecaatch.com.
Complaints are not accepted if sent cash on delivery.
